Patient guide
What does a patient-centric ecosystem mean?
In the current medical tourism environment, finding a complete service that caters for
individuals is not as common as it should be. Our mission is to change the medical tourism
industry by viewing the journey from the patient’s perspective. This means not only
concentrating on the patient’s physical requirement, but everything else – travel
arrangements, a place to stay, meals, accompanying family and or friends, and information
about the location itself. In short, we are providing empathic solutions in response to your
queries. This can’t be done with a generalised approach, but must be completely
personalised to both the treatment type and the character of the patient.
Perhaps you are particularly budget-conscious, or maybe you have had to overcome many
fears and doubts before making the decision to contact us. You might want to travel with
your entire family or keep your medical journey a secret. Whatever your wishes, we will
respect them and bring them about.
Another important aspect of a patient-centric ecosystem is transparency. It is impossible to
offer a personal service if your client is not informed of every stage in a language he or she
can easily understand. Transparency does not only involve pricing and fine-print, but it also
requires honesty and availability. Transparency empowers you – the patient – as knowledge
is not power unless the information has been completely understood and freely given. Every
member of your Remedazo personal care team knows how important it is to keep you
informed in a language you understand. When you know what to expect, there is less
reason to become stressed. We will make your stay an easy one because we work according
to a patient-centric ecosystem where you are our partner and friend.
