  Good customer service from a helpful elderly Chinese man who showed us the way to the registration room and a young Chinese Boy who brought us to Ward 3B. Dr.Han Pei Kwong Consultant Urologist is a very good doctor. Unfortunately his Indian lady assistant needs to learn how to deal with the public in a more polite way.
